There are 6 different height options: 120°, 130°, 145°, 160°, 173°, 195°
This bench press can also be adjusted to different positions to allow for a greater range of exercises: flat, inclined or declined.
You can adjust the height depending on how tall you may be, allowing you to more-comfortably plant your feet on the floor, which in turn increases your stability.
It also enables you to reach down and pick up the dumbbells and bar without compromising your posture.
